I help women who have a disconnection in their lives – whether this is from their feelings, their dreams, their work, families or other relationships.

If you feel lost, lacking in purpose and adrift in your life, then I can help you to re-connect to your reasons why, the way in which you live your life and your relationship with yourself.

You can have a better relationship with yourself, and doing so vastly improves your relationships with others. Imagine starting each day with a feeling of joy, a feeling of being in the right place, doing the right thing, so that it makes your heart sing and your life feel full and happy.

I use all of my skills as a therapist, coach and intuitive psychic in sessions to guide you on your journey to create a life you love. My Connected for Life programme aims to connect you with the power of your body, mind, soul and spirit, which when they work together, as a well oiled machine, enable you to transformation your life and the life of those around you.

Bringing together all parts of you, body mind soul and spirit allows you to really create a positive and fulfilling relationship with yourself – and from this all other areas of you life and in particular your relationships improve. Imagine being the example to your family of living life your way, in line with your values and how this can lead to happiness and fulfilment. Encouraging others to really connect to themselves on a deeper level so they too can overcome their fears and find a new way to live that makes their dreams come true.

We get taught so often that we need to give so much of ourselves to others, that we lose touch with our dreams, our hopes and even our values. As women, we meet the needs of others, from children , to partners, parents and work colleagues, often to the detriment of ourselves.

Working out what you really want from life, what would really give you that sense of connection with yourself and others; having a solid, healthy and grounded appreciation of your own likes, dislikes, dreams and goals, enables you to reach for them, and carry those around you with you. Making your life fit around you and who you really are deep down, and not having to make yourself fit it, like a square peg in a round hole.

If you go back and engage with your underpinning values and work from there, you can create a life that feels grounded, stable and deeply fulfilling. And then like ripples in a pond, these feelings spread through your life to the others around you – helping them to make positive changes to their lives, enriching and enhancing each person.
